They are torque to yield, one time use only. I would reccomend getting arp studs for the stock rods, only about $50ish. The OEM head bolts work fine unless you are searching big power or want to be able to tear down motor without replacing them everytime (you can reuse arp studs). Aslong as you keep all of the bearings in order, I see no issues re-using assuming they show no signs of wear or scuffing. They are so cheap you might as well replace. Make sure you check clearances when re assembling. I will let another chime in on the cosmetic hg, I have no experience with them. I know they require perfect mating surfaces. Block skim and head skimmed by a machine shop. Oem hg seem to be more forgiving.
